Through one of my close relative, I booked a flat at Primus Saga Apartment in Park Square Colony, Madipakkam. The builders are Sri. Ramesh and Sri. Manikandan. The construction was completed as quoted in the agreement. The builder also created a whatsApp group and asked for our specification regarding tiles, flooring, wash basin, color of the wall painting, fitting of the bathroom etc. They also sent the videos regarding the progress of the work and didn't hesitate to make any changes whenever we asked for it. After handing over the flat also, they are maintaining the apartment for one year. Any repairs with regard to lift, well water motor pump was promptly attended in time. It is a worth purchase and we are verymuch satisfied
